Best Lifts

I want to install a lift on my somewhat stock 95 YJ. I have installed sway bar discos,Warrior brand two pin type, and warrior 1/2" greasable shackles. I plan to go to 30-31" tires. Does anyone have a suggestion as to the best 2" lift on the market, and why they think so.

Old Man Emu is the best! cause i have one
Expensive but well worth the extra money, I think.
Great ride and great flex. But do some reseach for yourself. Lots of nice kits out there. Skyjacker, BDS, just to name a few. have fun!

i wouldn't fork over 900 bucks for a 2.5" lift, i dont care how good it rides. We drive Jeeps not BMW's, they arent supposed to ride great. (This will probably fire up some people) My yj does ride better though after I installed my BDS.

I happen to like my Superlift... Not a rough ride at all...

First off I'm glad to hear of another Jeeper being bitten by the bug! welcometo the family!

Rubicon Express is the top of the line along with Old MAn Emu. Get either one don't settle for a cheap one, believe me!! I went the cheapest and have regretted it ever since. I have a 3" Rough Country lift and the quality is horrible and the instructions are worse. Also do the install yourself its really not that bad just takes a long time to do it. Next time I will be buying from Rubicon Express!!
O and make sure you dont' want to go bigger. It would suck even more if you did that small lift and then realized you really wanted more. I did a 2" Body Lift with a 3" Suspension and I'm plenty happen with the way my Jeep looks and rides offroad. Now to just fix the engine probs & regear the diffs! UGH! but hey once you start it never stops.

Black Diamond makes a 3" lift that is pretty sweet. They are priced really well too!

I run the Rubicon Express 4.5" Extreme Duty. (Well, its not here yet so I can't show a picture, but I am going to have that kit. Ill tell you how it all rides)

Old Man Emu is definatly a smoother ride though because of the good shocks. Rubicon Express is said to have one of the best flexing kits that come close to a SOA.
