I bought the factory elbow from jeep stealer. It's different sized at each end so to get good fit is worth the 20 bucks in my opinion.

VirginJeeper,
Sounds like your jeep stealer needs to get parts from linusb's stealer.....

fuel filter change follow up.

Regarding the hoses:

I had read here or in another post that the two little fuel filter hoses were no longer available at the dealer (for a 95) so I didn't bother to check. I took the two old lines and went to O'Reilly auto and matched them up. However, I made sure they were marked for fuel injection (higher pressures). Then I cut them to size (two different ID if I recall correctly). So far, no issues. Tom

So the incoming line is a 3/8 what about the outgoing, 5/16? Please verify.

Can you rig it with generic fuel line and have some kink? The filter is large that there isn't much room to work with.

Tried to replace mine today PO had another model fuel filter with two larger ports so mine naturally with the new filter couldn't be tightened enough, causing a serious leak in the line.

Another - "Thanks for the write up "!

I'm probably going to address this soon. Any word on Kudu's question as to fuel line sizes on the fuel injection 4.0's?
