Ball Joints, YJ, Problem Solvers??

Looking to replace the ball joints while I'm working on the steering system.

When I look them up at www.rockauto.com they list something called Moog Problem Solvers, even AC-Delco offers them. They are for offset camber adjustment. They offer varying degrees from one-half to a full two degrees.

Do I need anything like this?

Anyone have any balljoint replacement tips

If your truck drives straight, no pulling left or right, I would get non-offset (stock) replacements. If you really want to be sure, you could get the truck's alignment checked before the job (assuming the present ball joints are not totally toasted). Then buy the offset you may need to correct it.

They are above the lower ball joints, and above the axle shaft u-joint. If you mean can't find replacements at the auto parts, go to a different auto parts.
