BA10 to AX15 swap?

Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum, and proud owner of a 87 YJ that I'm looking to restore. Right now there's a BA10 trans in it which I hear is garbage and I found a deal on a never used rebuilt AX15. What will I need to make this swap happen? Is it a direct bolt in? Thanks in advance.

i swapped mine a year ago today after i blew the internals on my ba105

picked up a ax-15/np231 combo from a 91 YJ, which everything bolted up perfectly

no extra work aside from the reinstall.

I'm looking to do this in the next week or so but I too am struggling to find a decent price on the parts.
