Axle Shaft swap question

So recently I got a axle shaft kit from superior gear and axle for my Dana 35 in my 93'. It's not a big spline kit or anything like that, I just wanted to get higher strength/new axle shafts in the rear before I put a limited slip locker or something like that in down the road. The question I had was concerning the c-clips and how big of a pain in the butt changing the axle shafts are going to be?

Don't worry about breaking superior shafts. Your carrier will detonate far before your shaft breaks.

I did the same a couple years ago, had a axle bearing go bad. Anyway just loosen the bolt that holds the crosspin in the spider gears and slide the shaft out. Push the axles inward towards the diff then your c clips can be removed. Might as well replace seals and bearings while your at it. You will need some kind of slide hammer - bearing puller. Just curious if your original shafts are the same diameter as your new stuff. let me know.
