What are sum easy swaps for my 87 yj 2.5 to beef them up i heard ford 9 for the rear what about the front

depends on what tire/rim size you are planning on. a ford 8.8 is suppost to be a relatively easy swap for the rear, as for the front: the d30 can take more beating than most people give it credit for.

yep. 8.8 iks one of the easiest rear axle swaps out there. I did it in mine and love it
