ax5 parts on my ax15 swapability??

Doing a 4.0 swap on my 95 wrangler.. obviously upgrading to an ax15 but it is internal slave cylinder. Can I use my ax5 bell housing and bearing retainer to do the external slave cylinder conversion?

There is no situation that cannot be improved with a small but well-placed explosive.

You can reuse the slave cylinder and release fork, those are the same. But you will need a external slave 4.0 AX15 bellhousing. Bolt patterns between the engines and transmissions are completely different. The 4cyl ones will not work.

'93 YJ 4.0L, AX-15, NP-231HD/SYE, 8.8in rear, OME 2.5 lift, home made front hub conversion, hydroboost. Warn M10000 winch. Currently building a stroker.

'79 Cherokee Chief, 401 MPFI fuel injection, T-18/D-20 and hydroboost. Otherwise stock.

No, you can use the one you already have.
