I tossed my vote out to NorCal Chris! He built that thing in his driveway, not a garage but the driveway! He uses a hi lift to get it up in the air, and he manages to pull off in a day or less what would take most of us days or weeks. He wheels it like he's in a KOH qualifier, and he drives it to work! Just sayin.

My goal in life is to have someone write something like that about me.

I did an engine swap in an unheated garage in a Colorado winter. And an 8.8 swap on a dirt barn floor

NorCal Chris. While one of the most built entries this month that is not why I voted for him.

His rig is chock full on innovation that is achieved by careful selection of parts and then the subtle execution of those parts. A prime example would be the use of XJ/YJ springs but with the addition of the military wrap. Another is the Reid knuckles and ORD steering. Great steering geometry and sensible steering design. Those are just two of the items there are plenty more.

Good gong Chris

One vote closer for the local boy. This is a great contest this month. I had to read through several times to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Good luck to all.

It's taken me 30 minutes, 3 re-reads, and some serious contemplation....

I'm gonna cast my vote for Ashland, being that he beats his rig like a red headed step child, breaks something on every trip and has yet to give up on the daunting repairs. My hats off good sir
