ASD Switch

i have a 95 wrangler rio grande 4 cylinder.

where is the automatic shut down switch.

i have narrowed my engine problem to the ASD relay, i put a new one in it and it burned it out too. i am going to just bypass the switch all together. i just need to know where it is!!!!
