Anyone recognize these springs?

The PO put the lift on my Jeep. I am just curious what brand these are and what size lift it is. These are the numbers on the rear springs. Anyone have any clue?

I swear I googled it first. I used both numbers together. I used the 232158 number. I guess I didn't use the 51423 number by itself. But, I just figured you were a genius with a photographic memory.
