so amoung other things i had oil coming into my carb. while i was changing the plugs i thought now would be a good time to check compression and eliminate the dreaded blow by thought. number five is dead!! 20 pounds is all i got. theres the power issue. by the way the plug gaps were at 45. wtf? throw a used small block in? rebuld? engine was rebuilt 70k ago. not thrilled with it at this point. ideas?
if a teamrush upgrade would be done, it is recommended to run plugs at a .45 gap. Check JeepHammers definitive thread.
