any body have a idea

I just put in a new fuel pump in my jeep now my jeep fuel gauge is not reading right any ideas

Mine did that after a fuel pump replacement and it was because of a loose wire on the sending unit.

1995 yj, 2.5l, 2 1/2 skyjacker lift, 1" shackle lift, 1" prothane body lift, 33 x 10.50 bfg ko, raptor lined tub, original owner

I'd say loose wire or the float thingy isn't set in there correctly. Either involves removing the pump assembly again to check

So I took the tank back out and it was a loose wire on the sending unit so thanks agaim
