I'm glad it turned out to be a simple thing. Can't tell you what to torque it to, I can't even remember having one of those on my Jeep.

I may be calling it the wrong thing, I believe that is what it is called. It is the rubber bushing mount thingy that is just to the drivers side of the tranny mount. I can't tell that it really does a whole lot but apparently it keeps things from bouncing when you hit bumps. It is almost hour glass shaped and looks to have two rubber bushing things end to end with a bolt through the center.

I think you are right, I had to look it up cause I thought you may have meant a third link or something. I just didn't remember one on mine when it had the old engine.

Yes it is the Transmission Torque Arm. It has a bolt running all the way through the skid plate with a nut at both ends and a bushing above the torque arm. I just noticed mine is worn out aswell and was going to order one til I found a 4.0 drivetrain last night. You should just need to snug it down real good as I have not found any torque specs for it.
