It's only when it rains. My carpets get soaked, and behind the passenger seat as well. I am very perplexed. Any ideas guys?

There is a 1.75 rubber line hose on the firewall, it is a drain hose that has been known to get clogged with debris. Remove it, was it out, its probably clogged. Also wash water down through the grill in front of the windshield with hose removed to wash out any extra debris that may be accumulated in there.

drop your windshield and look at the condition of your seal and the WS frame itself. if your seal is all hard and nasty it will let rain in (mine leaked on the drivers feet). if the WS frame is all rusted up the same thing can occur (mine was toast aswell). also the section of the tub under the WS frame could be rusted aswell, just another thing to check.

may be a good idea to look under there anyway if you have never had the windshield down. if you have the beginnings of rust under there it wouldn't take long to spread. the water that gets pushed in there at driving speeds stays in there and wreaks havoc on anything that has just a little rust on it.
