Is the UV protection made by herculiner? Never seen it. Or are you talking another brand

EDIT: Disregard. I found it thru Amazon.com... Why the autoparts stores don't sell it next to the liner is beyond me...

I'll be curious if the protector works. It faded quickly inside my tub without it.

Took her for a test drive today thru the neighborhood...As is seen below... Got a few odd looks...

Oil change just because.

Rear shocks arrived just as I was finishing up for the day..

Ordered some UV protectant for the herculiner

put all my S@#$ back into my tuffy boxes..

The end is soooooo close!

That's awesome. I just got back from another 500 mile round trip excursion with the jeep. I think it's going to take a break though for the next couple months while I make some much needed repairs.

What tap size did you use for the frame on the bumpstop extensions?

Itis a 5/16 18 thread.. I was going to use some #10 x 1 hex head self tapping but ran out...Tapping is better anyhow..

Brown truck came witht he final pieces of the frame swap/rebuild.

Fuse relay box...

and 8.8 clutch pack to tighten her up...I never replaced the originals when I installed the axle

Nope...I didn't post it... Its the same block that Anti got from IH8 Mud, who no longer makes them... How he did it for $100 is beyond me....

I found them thru a web search on Alpine Sand Toys. a UTV site...
He has them made for him by Concourse speacilties.

AST has been very slow thru the whole process... While trying to track down the fuse box and tracking # after the order was placed, I got next to nothing from AST, so I email Concourse direct and he responded right away. He doesn't list them on his web site, but I'd still try him direct if you are interested.

After all the work I've done, I couldn't have the massive $35 JY relay set up I made. This is worth the....drum roll.......$229 I paid...

I've been following since the first post and I must say this is impressive!

One question I have is how much the UV protectant set you back?

I'll be curious if those clutch pack makes a difference. I've abandoned my limited slip altogether and don't even add friction modifier any more.

I'd be interested to hear if the packs help.

Currently no issues w mine but they are the originals. I'm going to add an extra disk or 2 and see how it tightens up... add enough and almost get a spool. I'll let you know.

Do you use friction modifier too? I've stopped but am not sure if it's good or not.

The friction modifier actually helps it slip just a little to reduce noice and shock. Not using it actually makes it slip a little less. The frictions will wear faster overall but not a big deal.
