alloy usa axle seals

can i use them as actual axle seals? my inner is leaking and i dont feel like gettin in there and doing it, and i came across the alloy usa seals. just wondering if they will retain all fluid in the axle.

I highly doubt that Ron would warranty them to retain fluids since they are designed to keep junk out & not in.

Call Ron directly & ask him.

Good question I have thought about doing the same swap from what I have read though the seals you mentioned were made for the TJs not YJs. Not sure if the shaft opening on the housing of the YJ are the same size as a TJ but if it is I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Passenger side axle shafts are a different size too. The TJ seals won't work on that side. Diameter is wrong.

I've got the one piece passenger side axle in mine and run the axle end seals. They work great keeping water and dirt out, but they WILL NOT replace a leaking oil seal.
