Air Conditioning

On a 1993 YJ, was AC standard or optional?

I'm thinking it has to do with the model. The Saharas all had A/C to the best of my knowledge.

So if my 93 has factory AC, does that mean it's a Sahara?

No, it was also an option for the other models.

Ok I didn't think it was a Sahara but I've been fooled before.

93 with air

My 93 came with a/c as an oppion. The dealer told me the Jeep comes from the factory with the (after market) air in a box in the back of the Jeep. Then the dealer installs it.
