My dad told me a story about one time he was filling up his diesel tank mounted under the tool boxes of his pickup and the auto shutoff didnt shut off. Needless to say the top overflowed into the toolbox and effectively added another 40 gallons of red dye diesel to allow all his tools and gear to soak until he returned.

Lol that would be really really crappy. At least his tools were nicely oiled :-)

I finally did the mod. I have a stock yj with 1.25" shackle lift. Took little over an hour. Hardest part and most time consuming was getting the inner tube and cutting it. I cut off 8"!

I picked up 80-90 miles with getting 17+mpg.
