Even with a 4" lift and 33s you should be able to do the speed limit on the freeway. Please fill out your profile as complete as you can. It is necessary to give you good advice.

Especially if you have a 4.0. You definitely be able to keep speed, is your engine up to par? Does it have a miss here and there? Last tune up, .... I have no clue.....

Just had tuneup, ran fine before the lift and tires, switch out to 411 gears maybe?? Runs good around town, just doesn't have the balls on the freeway!

Still. Can't. See. Profile.

I have a 4.0 w/auto, stock 3:56s and 33s...60-70 mph is about it.
Bare in mind, unless you have changed the speedo gear, that 63 mph on the dash is closer to 70...

With a strong headwind, a slight incline and I swear I can run faster than my 2.5. Be thankful you can reach 65. But it's a jeep so I don't mind.

Your speedometer is reading low because the speedometer gear in the transmission is for the stock tire size and now, you have larger tires requiring a different gear.
