95 YJ GOING BIG BUILD THREAD Here ya go!!!!!

well right now its sitting on a 7.5" rocky road offroad SOA kit which is very heavy duty!! JB Cross over steering bracket.... 2" body lift and 37x13.50's, front and rear bumpers.... and you can see all the other bolt ons

just ordered 2" spring packs to give a little more clearance for a total of 11.5"















already have a 8.8 with disc breaks that i am gona be putting in and looking into an engine and trans swap.

Looks good. TJ flares would open up the wheel wells and give more room.

who cares if you rub plastic. at the point of 37s your into stretching and cutting sheet metal to make it functional tj flares arent enough.

spare tire....lol havent thought that far ahead.....any ideas... i am ordering tube doors this week and maybe tube fenders...havent decided on the fenders yet.

I know a few guys that run without a spare. I have one buddy who put a rack above his roll cage on his TJ that runs his spare up top. Other folks go with the swing out tire carrier.

if i run a spare i will prob put it on top...not sure how a 37" tire would look on the back of the jeep

95 yj juggy, backhalfed, 3 link front with 16" fox dual rate remote resi coilovers, 4 link rear with 16" fox air shocks, Monster Stak 2 Speed transfer case 4.33:1, full width ford 78/79 dana 60hp front axle with 538 gears and full spool, ford sterling 10.25 full width rear axle with 538 gears welded and disc brake conversion, 42x15 swamper tsl's on 15x8 Allied wheels 3.5" backspacing with DIY beadlocks, High Steer with 1.5x.250 dom tubing, Full Hydro steering, custom cage, rci 2161a fuel cell ,smitty xrc 8 winch, cv driveshaft, jk motor mount lift, racing seats with simpson 5 point harnesses

As high as your jeep sits, I would not stick a 37 up there. IMHO if you do alot of trail riding, the spare up top(especially a 37) will add alot of weight. Swing-outs or some sort of rear mount may be better.

X2 on the swingout, aside from the amount of weight that high off the ground think of how much it would suck trying to get that thing down from there without killing yourself!

Good looking Jeep for sure. Glad to see peoples feedback is so much more positive here than it was in your other thread. Good Luck

any other ideas on add ons??? im mounting a high lift jack on hood tomorrow, and adding tube doors

I used to run without a back seat and just mounted my spare inside next to the gas tank. It was easy to get to and didn't have to worry about it smashing into anything.

Did you weld down the SOA kit as well? Does it hold up pretty strong? I've been looking for a decent one to use.

i got my 2.5" lift leaf springs in today!!! i also just finished my SYE so i will get some updated pics this weekend. while i am swapping the springs i am gona go ahead and weld on the spring perches also.
