95 YJ 4-banger idle question

My fuel injected 4 cyl engine always starts and always runs good, but after the engine is hot it doesn't idle smoothly. About every 5 seconds or so the idle rpm's dip about 50-100 rpm's then goes back up to normal idle. It does this consistently. According to the tach, normal idle is about 900 rpm's.

In the past few thousand miles I've replaced the fuel filter, plugs, wires, dist cap, air filter and nothing changed-same as before the tune up. I always use napa parts.

Would cleaning the fuel injectors help? I ran a can of sea foam on my last full tank of gas.

Sounds like you need to clean up the IAC (Idle Air Control motor), it's on the throttle body. Get some good carb/throttle body cleaner and a old tooth brush and go to town. While you're in there, clean up both sides of the throttle butterfly and check for vacuum leaks, especially on any of the plastic hard lines.
