that is high. since it isn't changing when you disconnect the vacuum check to make sure there is vacuum on the line going to the regulator. If there it's then you have a suspect regulator. I am surprised out it's high. That is counter intuitive to your issue but it is wrong.

There is plenty of vacuum for sure. I ordered a new regulator. Will be in tomorrow. Can we eliminate ecu and injectors? Or are they still suspect?

What's the current condition of the plugs wires cap and rotor? Also did you reset the ecu after each change. Especially the o2 sensor.

That's one thing they did not do was reset the ECU .. plugs rotor and cap were changed last year when it failed when I bought it.. then it was the cat converter.

Might be worth checking the plugs anywah. Atleast it doesn't cost anything.

So are you saying a 95 4.0 yj could possibly be coming up for sale in the near future?

I don't feel like working on anything at this time so i sold my yj.

Sorry.... I passed and forgot to update.....

I changed my fuel injectors and cleaned the throttle body and it passed with flying colors.

Runs perfect and has huge amounts of get up and go now,,

Amazing what 4 hole injectors can do...
