Hey boxman....The line for my green vac line (2 wheel dr) has been broken off since i've had the jeep and i need a new one. How did you remove the vac switch on your 231, just turn it CCW? It shows one in my HAYNES but doesn't tell you how to take it off.
Also, is it doable with the skid p and tc in the vehicle?

Thanks in advance....

sand. degrease. degrease again, and again, primer, repeat. it's just that simple.

heyyy everyone..it's been a while,

Well, ive been driving my baby daily and lovin it,...i got the hard top on now.

I think i may durabak the exterior soon and I'll have some pics of that process.

she still needs a little work too as in, the alternator has a bad bearing...small leak from rear diff cover, radio has now power, still gotta soak her underneath in oil.....and so on.....ya know how it goes,...she runs great though...lots of power the black diamond springs are really great.

Later...

Spectacular! I've had an old project that I've been working on since 1997 (It's not a Jeep, sorry guys). Every single bolt has been replaced, frame POR-15'd from the inside out, parts either rebuilt (or purchased new, or purchased used in a rebuildable form if unavailable). The car has been off to get painted, and I'm just dying to get it back (been gone for two months). The mere giddyness factor must have been killing you until the plates were on! Beautiful!
