What a weird Jeep. Its rusted to crap, but most of it looks good. The dash looks good from the pics and the paint is uncanny.

Did someone soak that thing in salt water?

I would replace the fenders with tube style fenders and J-cut the rear end, you'll save your self a hell of a lot of time and it will look twice as good!

Good luck!

Body rust is cosmetic, that frame rot looks rough.

Check the spring mounts at the frame double careful. That's a lot of weak metal from the pics.

GL!

I had to fix the same holes in the floor with my 91 YJ i just got. I did a quick fix till next spring the it is time to strip it and do it right. These Ontario winters are realy bad. I don't know why they use sooo much salt here. Nice jeep ya got there What colour blue is that?? Meaning like is there a name or paint code for it? love that colour

Again nice jeep

I used to live in Ontario and am now in Saskatchewan ... i don't know what it is weather they use something different on the roads or if it is salt in the air from the great lakes but 1 winter there is like 3 in SK on the life of a vehicle.

Good luck with that not so small project i just finished doing the same thing to my 68 beetle that i didn't even drive in the winter out there and it looked like that

That is a nice lookin jeep though can't wait to see the finished product
