Updates

Hey....more pics...progress...

I reinstalled the fuel tank, not too much trouble, used a floor jack and a few jackstands....went in pretty easy...

Brand new fuel pump/sending init.

I also took the tank out of the skid plate and painted the skid plate.

I got my new stainless brake lines almost done, man they were prebent and fit like a glove, THX JCWhitney!!!

The old lines came off pretty easy, at a few locations, I had to grind off the brake line, so i could get a socket on the fitting.

This was a bit of a pain to get the small metal clips off the old fork, but with some needlenose plyers and some muscle, they came out...

Why don't you just go ahead and get rid of the vac disc completely? Your doing so much to this why leave the pain in the *** parts in there.

HEY this is funny, I found a new sway bar link on Quadratec for 10.98...

I was curious how much the Chrysler dealer would have them for, (its next door to my house).. 54 DOLLARS EACH!!!, can u believe that???

and not only that, the bolt or "pin" as they call it, that connects to the sway bar...34 DOLLARS EACH!!! for a damn bolt!!!

Talk about rape...

I mean find a newer xj solid axle shaft so that you do not have the vac motor. This is what i am going to do but still working on what exactly I have to do to make it work.
