i run it pretty hard, thats for sure. locked front and back, and not shy when it comes to scraping the skid plates either.....lol
how do you plan on treating the inside??? and if it is all rusty now, treating it aint gonna do a thing.... hope yours is better than mine, but from the outside, they look about the same!

I'm gonna spray undercoating in the ends and then spray linseed oil through the whole thing...
If it cracks after that...looks like a tube frame from Quadratec

Once I get the springs and shocks on, It's on to the front axle.
I'm gonna weld some metal on the frame there as well, then I got a new vacuum motor and fork ( i don't wanna go posi-lok , Like to stick with the Jeep design )

Looking good

Looks good to me, keep up the good work. I haven't done any jeeps like this but have done some older muscle cars and it's all about the project.

Hey there nice work. I am about to redo my body mount bushings and they kinda look like yours did, but worse and some are broken any advice on how to get them out? thanks

Actually, I broke 3 bolts of 11 off myself, I haven't tried to get them out yet but i plan on drilling them with progressively bigger bits and then retapping the holes...I hope that'll work!!!
