94 Wrangler... need electrical help!!

I have had this Jeep for a couple of weeks now and need some help.

1) Cluster lamps not working and also speedo not working.

What I have checked and done:

Checked continuity on all connections, bulbs - all good execpt ground to speedo
Ran ground wire from speedo side to Tach side - nothing new
Checked incoming power and fuses - all are good
Used the circuit repair pen from Radio Shack - didn't work

2) Where can I buy a new cluster ribbon if needed

3) Does anyone know of an Jeep junk yards for miscellaneous pieces I need in Indiana?

Thanks
Michael
