94 Clutch problems?

Im new to jeeps and bought my first one today! Im so excited about it but the clutch gave out 2 times and wouldnt engage i let it sit for a few hours and it has hydraulic fuel funning down my drivers side floor board from where the clutch attaches it seems like. Ive done a fair share of mechanic work but never dealt with a clutch, whats my steps to fix it? And an idea of the cost would be great. Thanks guys its much appreciated!

Definitly need a new master cylinder. Its shot. Get a prebled master/slave from your fav auto parts store and be done with it.
