93 2.5 no spark or power to fuel pump

i have a 93 yj i cant get to start. ran great parked it in driveway never started again. the fuel pump was not kicking in so i changed it , still nothing. the motor had no spark so i changed coil plugs and wires, still nothing so i traced wires from crank sensor and they had melted in have on muffler pipe, so i replaced it still nothing. it will crank but wont start posssible ecm? can i bypass it or how do i check it? any help would be great its been down for a year now and i need it.
