91 yj scanner

Is there such a scanner that will read sensors on a 91? I. E. Live data?

Being obd1 most of your live data is nonexistent save for a couple sensors.

The snap on mt2500 can pull live data from the amc cec used in the cj's and yj's with the 258 and I'm pretty sure it can do it for the obd jeeps as well with the proper cartridge and cable.
I've got the user manual for using it with jeeps at work.
I'll check it tomorrow to see if it mentions anything specific about using it with obd jeeps.

So it can do data! Very cool. It says it is capable of doing the renix system too if I am reading it correct.

Looks like it can do them all to various degrees.
I have a jeep reference manual for it I'm flipping through that shows all the different things it can do for the different jeep computers.
The manual is 150 pages long so I don't really have the time to go through it much though.

That is waaaay nice!! I found one on eBay with all the plugs and manual. Not too bad a price either. This would be great for not only the Jeep but the wife's truck also. Thanks for the info!

Hey now that is awesome! I was wrong, I guess our suppliers at work just haven't caught up with Snap-On. Guess I need to get a hold of my local Snappy guy.
