91 Wrangler oil leak coming from dipstick

Hello...need a little help determining where the source of my leak is coming from. Oil is being forced up through the dipstick...evidence of fresh oil on side of battery after oil change and oil running down tube. Does anyone have any ideas? Dipstick is not broken.

take the valve cover off and clean the baffles in the top near where the CCV is (the little grommet with the plastic doohicky in it (very technical term there) is) and see if that takes care of the problem.
