89 yj Fuse panel/wiper motor & brake lights

First of all the wrangler appears to have a GM column. uses a GM ignition switch & GM key. Lost my brake lights and can't figure out why. Secound someone before me tied the wiper motor into an extra switched outlet. Whne I shut the wippers off the wipers got to the center of windshield instead ogf down. Last but not least the heater blower motor stopped. has power. Any ideas? a photo of the under dash fuse box would also help

I know on my 87 YJ The light on it went out it was the silver circular actuator above the fuse box under dash...

Got the tail lighs working. Still can't find the problem with the blower motor. If I knew which wire on the wiper motor was hot then I would know if it's wired backwords.
