88 yj steering column

I need a detailed teardown and drawing of a 1988 yj steering column. There is a metal key that moved the ignition switch rod back and forth that broke. Not sure how to take the tilt mechanism apart on the lower column.

Can anyone help? The Hayes manual is wothless for this type of repair.
