I have adjusted that, sorry, brain fart. Haha. If I had the cash I would get a new carb in a heart beat... I'm just trying to make this work till I can... But I always have it running and everything perfectly fine, with the sputtering however... then next day comes and its hard to get it to even start.

Alright. So I readjusted spark plug gaps to .030. They were all aroun .040. But I'm still having the trouble I always have to get it started. The timing is set right. Idle is about 1k. But starting it always proves to be a big problem.

That's what they say. I had better luck with a Holley two barrel from a late 60s dodge v8 but lots of people like the motorcraft. It is a darn goodcarb

Yup just an adapter. Just about any ford has them, you'll want the non smog version which is the 2100. But either one will work. Also go an find the 1.08 venturi carb.

Now is the 1.08 venturi carb a whole carburetor? Or something to go with the 2100?
