87 yj Weber 38 dgas, rough idle and stalling when coming to a stop

I have an 87 yj with the weber 38 dgas, nutter bypass, and the basic version of the teamrush upgrade. I have had it on the road for the past 6 months with no issues what so ever until 2 weeks ago when i hit a very large pothole. After I hit the pothole the idle got very low and rough and when i would hit the brakes(moving or standing still) the idle would drop or it would stall. I then checked the vacuum lines and replaced everything i could and capped a couple of leaks and it made no difference. After doing some research I changed my power brake booster and it solved the issue of the brakes effecting my idle but the idle was still rough and would stall while i was coming to a stop. I then rebuilt the carb and changed the carb base gasket and the adapter gaskets and my problem seemed to be solved then after a short 15 minute ride while coming to a stop it started stalling again. To see if it was only while i was coming to a stop i held the clutch in while going 60 to see if the engine would stall and it seemed to idle fine at 950rpms. The engine also has sounded and felt fine while on the pedal the whole time. The only issues are the idle and stalling. I have also verified my timing and it is correct. I am running out of options here and am seriously losing my patience. Between waiting for parts and constant failures I have been out of a vehicle for two weeks. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated and worthy of my worship lol.
