In all honesty, that looks slim shadied. All that money for a 50" LED light bar and the brackets look like that?

Not meant to criticize, just honest feedback.

I'm repainting it soon, also going to bend it in a little and make it sit level.

The spacers are too massive compared to the bracket and the light bar. Setting them off at an angle makes it look like a mistake.

If you can straighten the spacers, lighten them up (shave them down, drill some holes, whatever), paint them black and get it all lined up -- that's kind of what is needed, IMHO.

I think I'm going to get rid of the spacers entirely. I'm going to heat and bend the brackets in so the bar can just bolt right in to the brackets. That was my original plan, but the spacers seemed easier.

Make. U shape bracket out of steel or aluminium stock. Run several self tappers into the bull bar

100k lumens ummmm are you sure your math is correct? Rigids most expensive 50 bar is just shy of 25k lumen, the only other company that might have more output is VisionX and they have led bar's on the Lunar Rover.

Has anyone had a problem with their bar lighting up their hood and just blowing out their vision, seeing less than before you turned the thing on..White hood too.

I have no issues, and didn't have any when my hood was white either. It comes down the the quality of the light at that point. Lower quality optics will not properly aim the light which causes hood glare.
