4X4 not working what to replace?

The wires for this are zipped tied to the frame. I'm not 100% sure what needs to be replaced or if there's another way to make the 4X4 work?

OK stupid question but would the jeep be AWD then or will I still have to move the transfer case shifter to select the 4X4?

the front driveline will turn full time from the tires, you still need to select 4x4 range with transfer case. The issue some run into with this is that the front driveshaft might need to get balanced since it will spin all the time.
Mine wobbles like jello in a dryer so I run with no front DS until I need it(or buy a new one, its bent)
