4wd noises

I searched and really couldn't find my problem. When in 4wd, my jeep has started making two new noises. At first I thought it might be a linkage problem but it isn't. I checked that. And the four wheel drive does engage both high and low. The first noise starts in 2nd gear and sounds like a vacum. As rpm's increase, the pitch gets higher. The second sounds not like a grind but like a "brushing" or "rubbing". Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
