i want to get rid of the 4wd vacume actuator out and make it a solid axle what do i need to do

I installed a Posi-Lok in mine. So far so good.

4x4 Posi-Lok - 4WD Engagement Systems
'89 YJ, 355ci small block, NV4500, 31's for now, lots of custom fabbed "stuff"...

replace the seal, get a shaft from an xj,tj d30 and make a plate to cover the hole

93 YJ, 4.0, 4.5" suspension, 33x13.5 Pitbull Rockers, Custom scratch and dent job...
