4th and 5th gear bad vibrations, ideas?

So I was on my way home from work tonight and hopped on the freeway I put it in forth and noticed a little vibration, popped it in 5th and it was shakin the whole jeep.
Now it is dark and raining here so I didn't feel like gettin' under there with a flashlight tonight, but any clue to what it is?
Edit::I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler 5spd with the 4.0l, everything is stock minus a 4in lift
edit::Problem has been fixed, this thread may be deleted

If the OP didn't update this thread two years ago I don't think he's going to do it today.

Check your u-joints, trans mount, motor mounts and balljoints.

Thanks... I didn't even look at the date. It was just at the top when I did my search.

Well it's a combination of the lift and a bad or worn u joint. Need to get a slip yoke eliminator kit and a cv driveshaft to get rid of the vibration all together

So in two years you haven't fixed the problem. Nice
