Ok so last night I decided to add to my wilderness rack... Running out of room in the jeep so wanted to take advantage of the extra space I had on the bumper, this is my final product waiting on it to dry... Will post another pictures with it on later

I'm doing a 4.0 head swap on my 90 Jeep wrangler. I have and auto transmisison in it, and was wondering if there were any bell housings that would swap onto it that have the cps window? It is the tf999/904 I think. Any Suggestions? Thanks

I found the anser to the relays one is for the AC the second is for the heater under the carb. hopefuly next week I will have the fule injection in.

what about all the vacumn lines got a complete 95 harness to go with complete 4.0 in my 90 and have all yhe vacumn lines which are needed ? .......can i elimante most of them?

These are the ones you need...

Map sensor
Brake booster
Fuel pressure regulator
4wd storage bowl (underneath battery tray)
Rear valve cover ccv ( just put a small little air filter from the parts store on the front one)
Heater control valve ( comes out of firewall on drivers side)

You can make your own diagram and hook it up like you want as long as those have vaccum

Just added a new chrome gibson header, new timing chain, new clutch and hydraulic concentric bearing, and new flywheel yesterday... Runs smooth as crap now. Pretty straight forward although i had 20 pins betweens marks on my timing gears instead of 15 like the book said i should have but then again i also had 64 pins instead of the reccommended 48... Clutch feels a lot better and the header looks sick, exhaust note is so much cleaner and smoother now.... Benny from hesco told me on friday i needed to be careful with my new high volume oil pump as it is too much pressure and could kil the dizzy gear... So i will be keeping an eye on that. New thing to cme soon are new autometer gauages for the speedo and tach new front bumper and im going to modify my seat to fit better around my console

12 volts from from a switched source and grounded by the ecm ( black and pink wire )

thanks that works good I got codes 12 computer is not pluged for 50 starts. code 41 i think witch is (alt feld not right yet)? and 55 end of codes

I have got the heep to fire but not run yet
