4.2 to 4.0 head swap valve lift questions?

What is the desired valve lift for the 4.0 head when swapped onto the 4.2 block? I put a rebuilt 1991 4.0 head on my 4.2 block. It has a new (stock) cam/lifters and I put 1991 4.0 pushrods in. It came up with 0.075" inch lifter preload so I put a .030" inch spacer and the final preload came to 0.030" inch. What should my valve lift be?
