4.0 throttlebody on 2.5 fit?

I was wondering if a 4.0 throttle body would fit on a 2.5 intake. Any one tried this?

I don't know if the throttle body from a 4.0 would fit or not, but if you're looking to get more power out of the throttle anyway...
Power aid makes an aluminum throttle body spacer for the 2.5 liter engine. It runs about $80. Would probably be more beneficial than experimenting with a 4.0 spacer.

I already have the poweraid TB spacer, and dont want to spend the $ for turbo city's bored throttlebody.
i know that the bolt pattern is the same, and the bore is larger. I was wondering if the sensor connections were the same, or if I could use my 2.5 sensors.

I'll just tease you guy's. I have a 4.0L TB waiting to be installed. We have been passing around a picture of them on the 4Bangers list.
