4.0 FI harness swap help

I am working up to install the 4.0 head, exhaust, intake and fuel injection system which is all prepped and ready to install on my 4.2. Now I need some advice on getting the computer, sensors and wire harness ready.

I pulled the entire harness, computer, fuse/relay box, 02 sensor Cps and MAP sensor from the donor but was curious if anyone had a write up on how to modify it or wiring schematic to follow

Look up 5 to fire. Those are the leads going to the bulkhead. I dont know what year you are dealing with on the engine harness but the basics are the same. Did you swap in the CPS and the flywheel? It isnt going anywhere without it.
Here is the google link for the forum so you can search for the other side of the bulkhead. There are lots of images to sift through.

I already put the late model flywheel and starter in when I did the ax15.

The donor was a 91 Cherokee and I took the whole harness with all sensors... But am wondering if I should have grabbed the distributor and coil
