4.0 cranks but won't start in cold

Have a 1992 Cherokee that has no power to the coil. Check the obvious things but running out of ideas. It does start in warmer temperatures though.

i would guess that your ecu isnt powering up seeing i have the same issue. can you hear the fuel pump start up? (not sure if its possible to hear in a cherokee seeing i have a wrangler) if you cant hear it, then your ecu hasnt powered up yet.
