as far as the clutch master cyl. The original master cyl and slave were designed to be changed as a set. Hence the way the line is made on there.... you will probably have to find a master cyl to match the slave you have and get the style hose that connects those 2.

I scrapped all my emissions I cant help you there, anything with vacuum went to my intake, except the PCV that is connected to my carb.

As for the master cylinder problem I think jeepfreak hit the nail on the head. The 90's master and slave cylinder were meant to be changed as a unit. The 88 cylinder I have is seperate I guess it was de to the puecrap transmission.

what I would due is go and get a clutch master cylinder off of a 88 wrangler find a hose that fits I think I used one off of a CJ. and shortened it a little bit. The slave cylinder I used was off of an 80's CJ with 4cylinder.

alright, through some research, and a friend, looks like just brake line will work, little easier to work with, and it will seal on the nipple, with some type of clamp. Wiring tomarrow
