350 axle

I am in the middle of a 350 swap and wanted to get opinions if the stock axle would hold up behind the 350

Not likely. Get an 8.8 from a Ford Explorer.

what would be the easiest way to figure out what vehicals have what axles cause I am googling and there is no luck

97 to I believe 01 explorers have the 8.8 with disk brakes, are available in the common jeep R&P ratios, and are within an inch or so of the dana 30 front. They are a pretty simple swap, read some of the other members 8.8 swap threads for some more information. Your Dana 35 will get shredded behind the 350, I blew one up with my little 2.5.

I have an old school 350 in my Cheep with the TH350 transmission but it's still running a stock D35 with no problems YET. I haven't done any too serious mudding/crawling however. But to get you going back in your baby IMO you can use it - just be careful until you can upgrade. Cheers on the Mouser upgrade!!!

Take a good long look around at all the vehicles that came with a 350. Then take a good long look at those that came with a 350 that came with a D35.

Find any?

There's your answer.
