3 point harness seat options

so can i use a 3 point harness on a besttop seat? by slipping the top attachment point though the headrest bars?

Last time I checked my stock seat belts have 3 points. One of us is thinking the wrong thing, I really don't know.

Which bestop seat? if it is designed for a multi point harness then yes, but be advised, I know of only 1 race harness that is street legal.
