Build looks good; I just order my disk brake brackets for my sterling. Did you use the 78 3/4 ton 4x4 calibers? Where did you get the caliber bolts from?

a few wheeling pics.....been beating on it pretty hard and no major breakage to date except a front drivers side axle u joint. i was in lower rock garden in harlan ky and went airborn and poped a cap on the joint. jeep has been doing awesome though.

on another note the DANA 44 IS GOING BYE BYE.....PICKED UP A 79 FORD HP DANA 60

AND ON ANOTHER NOTE....we picked up a 94 yj off my buddy for my wife...its 4 cylinder, 5 speed, ford dana 44 with chormos, 300m joints, 9" ford rear, 538 gears, locked front and rear. stretched front and rear, sitting on 39.5" iroks. i will start a build thread on it soon. it will be same set up as mine with cage and seats and beadlocks except everything on mine thats red...hers will be purple

kinda neglected my jeep here lately...been building the wifes cage and beadlocks but its almost done. i took the hydro assist steering off my jeep and putting it on hers and i ordered full hydro for mine. i have a set of 42's lined up once i get my transfer case built. i will be running a 231/300 combo twin stick.

i also picked up some 35 spline chromo stubs, spicer joints and drive flanges for the dana 60. ill update pics in a couple days. got the 60 all apart and in the building process. just finished building custom spring packs for the front also

Nice work on the YJ's man! Got a question for you. Where did you end up burning in the spring hanger for your stretch?

i used the btf rear stretch kit and mounted the springs to the rear hangers and thats how i positioned the front hangers. just got back from harlan ky fall crawl and jeep did amazing. the full hydro steering works awesome and the built dana 60 in the front didnt even thing twice about breaking. i swapped tires from 37's to 39.5s. i decided that a motor/tranny/transfer case swap is next on list. i need more power

Did you use a lifted waggy spring pack or stock?
