258 4.2l with a 4l head

i was wondering if you could put a high output 4.0l head on a 258 block, and will this help?

Yes you can do that. Clifford Performance makes an exact kit to do that and I heard it is supposed to help on power.

Hey i was going to do that because of the power reason, i read something somewhere all about this, i was just wondering if i would need special things. or if i would have to build all that kind of good stuff.
